About Us
Our Story
We didn’t start RESPAWN because we saw a gap in the market.
We started it because we were the market — and nobody was talking to us.
Mobile esports is massive. MLBB finals pull millions of viewers. Free Fire tournaments sell out arenas across Southeast Asia and Latin America. PUBG Mobile pros are celebrities in their regions. But for years, the “serious” esports media barely acknowledged any of it.
So we built our own thing.
RESPAWN is headquartered in São Paulo, run by people who came up through the mobile gaming community — streamers, managers, content creators. We speak the language because it’s our language. Portuguese. Indonesian. Spanish. And yeah, English too.
We cover tournaments. We make tier lists. We post memes. We don’t pretend to be above the culture — we’re part of it.
If you’ve ever been told mobile gaming “doesn’t count” — welcome home.
Your second life in esports.
